Postage Problem

If you are buying only small parts, shipping the the US is about $5. For reasons unknown when checking out you will see shipping listed as $24. Keep going. two pages later you can choose cheaper postage.

Customs or VAT Charges

I just had a customer from France who received a 19 Euro Customs charge. This has not been reported to me in quite a while, but it is worth noting. I do not collect customs fees in advance. Should you be charged, sorry, but it is your responsibility.

Turn-Around Time

Currently my head is above water, so the turn-around time is 3-5 days. As always, if you have deadline just let me know in the "Special Instructions" box and I'll speed that up. Even if you think you have plenty of time it is a good idea to let me know.
